PRIVACY POLICY AND CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") have been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019 and regulate the procedure for processing and protecting personal information of individuals provided by them when using websites, bots, services, products and services of the "Artisan Bread" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Policy applies to all information that the Company may receive about the user during the use of the Company's websites, bots, services, products and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), as well as during the execution of any agreements and contracts between the Company and the user;

1.2. Using the Services means the user's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing their personal information specified therein. In case of disagreement, the user must refrain from using the Services;

1.3. Personal data in the context of this Policy are personal information recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media that relates to a specific User or makes it possible to identify him/her (hereinafter referred to as “Personal data” / “Personal information”);

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF USERS PROCESSED BY THE COMPANY

2.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "personal information" means:
• personal information that the user provides about themselves independently upon registration (creating an account), when placing orders, subscribing, contacting via feedback forms, instant messengers or email;
• data automatically transmitted during the use of the Services using the software installed on the device;

2.2. The Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the user and does not monitor its relevance. However, the Company assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient information;

2.3. The Company may collect information about the user's actions on the Company's platforms using cookies and other monitoring technologies in order to improve the quality of the Services provided;

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1. The Company collects and processes only the personal information that is necessary to provide the Services or fulfill agreements and contracts with the user;

3.2. The Company may use personal information for the following purposes:
• identification of the party under agreements and contracts with the Company;
• provision of personalized Services to the user;
• communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information related to the use of the Services, fulfillment of agreements and processing of requests;
• improving the quality of the Services, ease of use, development of new Services;
• conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;

4. TERMS OF PROCESSING THE USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

4.1. The processing of the user's personal information is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019;

4.2. The Company processes the user's personal data only with his consent, except for cases where the law provides for the possibility of processing without such consent;

4.3. The User, by accepting this Policy, agrees to the processing of his personal data, including collection, systematization, storage, clarification, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction and other actions carried out for the purposes provided for in this Policy;

4.4. The user's personal information is kept confidential, except in cases of voluntary provision of information by the user for public access;

4.5. The Company has the right to transfer the user's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
• with the consent of the user;
• as part of the execution of the agreement;
• for the purpose of providing Services;
• at the request of authorized government agencies in cases stipulated by law;
• in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Company or third parties;

5. MEASURES TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. The processing and protection of Users' personal data is carried out by the Company in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019;

5.2. The Company takes the necessary measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, as well as other illegal actions in relation to the personal data of Users;

5.3. The User is notified and agrees that, in order to provide the Services, the Company has the right to engage affiliated companies, as well as third parties — suppliers of technical and software solutions, for the storage and/or processing of personal data. Such third parties process data on the basis of and in accordance with their internal privacy and information security policies. In particular, the personal data of Users may be transferred for storage and/or processing to authorized partners of the Company, engaged on the basis of concluded agreements, solely for the purposes provided for in this Policy;

5.4. The Company undertakes to approach the selection of the specified third parties in good faith, but shall not be liable for unauthorized access to personal data, their loss, distortion, destruction or distribution, if such actions occurred due to the fault or as a result of the actions/inactions of these third parties, in the absence of fault on the part of the Company;

5.5. The Users confirm that they are aware and accept that personal data may be processed in accordance with the internal regulations of the specified third parties, including their privacy policy and technical regulations;

6. USER RIGHTS

6.1. The User has the right to:
• receive information about their personal data processed by the Company;
• demand clarification, blocking or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed in violation of the law;
• revoke the consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written notice to the Company;

7. CONDITIONS FOR PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

7.1. The personal data of Users shall be stored by the Company for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing, unless a longer storage period is provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

7.2. In the case of storage and processing of personal data using technical means and software of third parties, the terms and procedure for storage may also be regulated by the internal regulations of such parties;

7.3. Upon expiration of the storage periods established by this Policy, personal data shall be deleted or depersonalized, except for cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

7.4. The Users confirm that they are aware and accept that the deletion or depersonalization of personal data stored by third parties is carried out in accordance with their internal procedures and technical capabilities;

8. USER CONSENT

8.1. By accepting the terms of this Policy, the User consents to the processing of their personal data and confirms that they have been informed of the purposes and conditions of such processing, their rights as a data subject, and the data protection measures in place;
